Men’s meat-heavy diets markedly harm climate

Men’s meaty diets are responsible for 40% more climate-heating emissions than those of women, according to a UK study. The research also found a quarter of diet-related emissions were from “optional” food and drink, like coffee, alcohol, cakes and sweets.
