In the rebel-held town of Benghazi, Libya, people celebrate the capture in Tripoli of Moammar Gadhafi‘s son and one-time heir apparent, Seif al-Islam. Rebels raced into the capital of Tripoli and met little resistance as Gadhafi’s rule appeared to crumble.
