A mother and child at a temporary clinic in Deder town, in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Deder town is hosting people who were displaced from Jijiga, Somali region. Internal displacement has been largely due to new ethnic clashes in the Gedeo and West Guji regions in southern Ethiopia, and continued violence in the Oromia-Somali border region.
