Women shop at a spice bazaar in Turkey, where inflation has hit a two-decade high, creating a slew of social problems and souring public faith in government institutions. According to a survey, only about a quarter of Turks believe the official statistics, while more than two thirds place more trust in the unofficial figures, which peg inflation at around 160 percent.
