An Army carry team moves a transfer case containing the remains of Sgt. Tanner S. Higgins at Dover Air Force Base, Del. According to the Department of Defense, Higgins, 23, of Yantis, Texas, died in Logar province, Afghanistan, when enemy forces attacked his unit with small arms fire.
