Libyan protesters burn an effigy of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi against a damaged police station in Tobruk, Libya. Thousands celebrated their freedom by waving flags of the old monarchy, honking horns and firing guns in the air around a square where Gadhafi once executed people.
