The tug Tor Viking II is observed moving through 20 foot seas and 46 mph winds toward the 738-foot cargo vessel Golden Seas in the Bering Sea. The commercial tug began its tow of the Golden Seas with 20 crew members aboard about 45 miles north of Atka Island.
