An Indian Hindu devotee takes a dip in River Ganges in Allahabad, India. Millions of Hindus are taking part in the Half Grand Pitcher festival which takes place once in six years in Allahabad at Sangam, the confluence of rivers Ganges, Yamuna and mythical Saraswati. Thousands of Hindu holy men threatened to boycott ceremonies, saying the divine river was too polluted.
