Youth from Abontiem Junior High School in Ghana learn how to use the computer as part of Hands-On Computer Project supported by Nokia and Global Giving in May 2016. Consumers in African countries are paying some of the highest rates in the world for internet access as a proportion of income, according to a report released by The Alliance for Affordable Internet.
