Pedestrians come to the aid of Cleveland Police officers who managed to get their cruiser stuck in snow and ice during a storm. A winter storm dumped more than a foot of snow across most of the state, closing roads, canceling airline flights and causing many Ohio counties to declare snow emergencies.
