A woman views what is claimed to be the oldest known art work of mankind, at the Neanderthal Museum in Mettmann, western Germany, Friday, Nov. 19, 2010. The mammoth ivory carving of prehistoric man is 35,000 years old, and was found in southern Germany. A new mammoth exhibition shows the giants of the ice age in the famous valley, where the Neanderthal Man was found.
