Flood victims evacuate with the help of emergency rescue personnel in Villahermosa, Mexico. Mexico's President Felipe Calderon called the flooding one of Mexico's worst recent natural disasters after a week of heavy rains caused rivers to overflow, submerging at least 80 percent of the Tabasco state.
