Sir Alexander Fleming is seen in 1952 at London‘s Wright Fleming Institute. The Scottish bacteriologist discovered penicillin at St. Mary’s Hospital in London in September 1928. The mold was discovered by accident, and ultimately saved millions of people from life-threatening infections.
